Uh, hello. ^^' I'm not sure if you're still accepting characters, but I think this sounds cool and wanted to try. I'm a little bit of a newbie at this, so I'll take as much critisism as needed.

Appearance: Claire has long, straight black hair that comes to her waist, with bangs that could easily cover her face if she looked down. Her eyes change from dark to light brown, depending on her mood. Mostly they are very light, almost clear like water, with a light brown tint. She has very pale white skin, but doesn’t look sickly. She is 5’3 and skinny, but in a healthy way. She always wears a white cloak, with an “X” on the back. The “X” has the left line black and the right one is white, but is outlined in black so it doesn’t blend in with the cloak. The “X” is jagged, like what a scar would look like. The ends of her sleeves on her cloak have a four inch stripe of black that wraps around them. Her cloak also is black inside of it. Underneath she wears a plain, white long sleeve shirt. She wears white gloves on her hands, and on the palms of both is a jagged black line, like a scar. She wears black shorts that come to mid-thigh length. She also wears black boots with a two inch heel.
Alignment: Claire is border lined between good and evil. At times she can be a cold person, but other times she can be as gentle as a feather.
Personality: Claire is a very quiet and shy person. She likes to keep to herself, and it takes a lot to get her to talk at times. Since she doesn’t know who she is, it can sometimes seem as if she is two different people. She’ll become cold and cruel at times, and then be as quiet and gentle as before. Claire doesn’t get angry easily, and only yells if necessary, or if she gets angry or frustrated enough. She doesn’t show her emotions well, and it’s a miracle if you get her to smile. She is very determined when she wants something and hates giving up. If not stopped, she might chase what she’s after to the ends of the earth. She has fears of hurting those around her, so she tries to distance herself. Claire also doesn’t trust people, and it can possibly take years to get her to trust someone. Betrayal hits her hard, and she could possibly lose it if it was someone close that hurt her or someone she knew. She likes rain, but thunder and lightning scare her. Claire also loves roses, but not for romantic reasons. She doesn’t like to cry, because it makes her feel weak, so she bottles up all of her sadness.
Weapons: Claire uses a knife with a black blade. The handle has black, red, and white roses carved into it. The knife is enchanted, so it can turn into a sword, but she doesn’t have enough experience with her weapon to actually summon it into that form.
Fighting Style: Just because she keeps to herself, it doesn’t mean Claire can’t fight. Claire usually doesn’t attack unless someone attacks her first. She mostly fights to protect herself or others, but if someone makes her lose her calm, she‘ll attack. She plays defense most of the time, blocking attacks and jumping back to avoid them. When she sees an opening, she takes it and fights back. Claire has never killed, and never wants to. But she has seriously wounded people in an attempt to protect herself.

Affinities: Claire is great at keeping secrets. She’s a great person to confide in and you can trust that she won’t tell anyone. She keeps her promises and won’t make one unless she’s sure she can fulfill it. Claire also has great hearing, and sometimes eavesdrops on conversations.
Weaknesses: Claire is afraid of thunder and lightning. If she hears it, she will have the instinct to cover her head or hide. She also fears betrayal and doesn’t trust people easily. Claire also is afraid she will hurt someone she cares for, so she distances herself often. She also can have limited patience with some people.
History: Claire has no exact memory of her past. She was found unconscious in an alley of a small town. A family found her and cared for her while she lay in a comatose state for five days. When she woke up and was asked about her past, she could only remember a dark place and a white rabbit. They asked about her, but she could only tell them her age, which was ten, and her name, Claire. She only knew three things she liked; roses, rain, and being alone. It also became noticeable that Claire’s memory might have been gone, but the emotions from them still impacted her. She stayed with the family for a month and remained closed up to them. She then left and lived on the streets, trying to recollect her memory and figure out who she was.
People ignored Claire as she traveled most of the time, but others saw her as an easy target to attack. The only possession she had was her black bladed knife, and she used it to defend herself. While living on the streets and passing through many towns, she heard people talking about creatures called “chains.” She heard what they could do, and at first it frightened her. But as she heard more about them, she became convinced that these creatures were real. Claire wanted to make a contract with a chain. She felt that by making a contract, she would be able to find herself. It was the only other thing she wanted, besides getting her memory back.
